Working with Koons White Marsh Chevrolet has always been a nice experience. Many thanks to Josh Chernault and George Z. who have been providing years, of excellent care and courteous service assistance whil a nice experience. Many thanks to Josh Chernault and George Z. who have been providing years, of excellent care and courteous service assistance while we were nursing our older vehicles. In January 2023, we purchased a new GMC Blazer with Koons with the pleasant help from Micah M. The sale process moved very smoothly. Recently, a tire issue repair was needed. Josh along with the service team once again were accommodating. Excellent service and care was given until complete. Many thanks to the Koons (New Sales) Department and the Service Team for providing great service in a timely manner. We will continue to visit Koons White Marsh for service and for any future sales. More

Bought a vehicle with no problem from the salesperson. No problem with finance. Made a appointment to get the vehicle fixed and was scheduled out a week. Took vehicle back to get fixed. They had vehicle for problem with finance. Made a appointment to get the vehicle fixed and was scheduled out a week. Took vehicle back to get fixed. They had vehicle for 2 days and I took off of work. Vehicle is still making the same noise I took it in for. The month and 1,000 miles are up and I’m stuck with a noise that absolutely drives me crazy. I guess you get what you pay for. Very unhappy with the service department. Place sucks More
