Karl efforts to locate a car that fit all my requirements and have it delivered quickly was greatly appreciated. He was communicative in the entire process and was an absolute pleasure to work with. I arrived in town late in the day for pick up and Steve stayed after hours to make sure the car was detailed and spotless And ready to go. He was fun to speak with on all subjects of BMWs, and he ensured that the pick up went smoothly and had prepped all the paperwork prior to my arrival so it got done quickly when I arrived. He was awesome to work with and you could see the care he put in to making the experience of picking up my new BMW a wonderful one. I spoke with Joe for the finance aspect and he was also wonderful to be all with and supplied all the information and pricing on all the features and programs I had questions regarding. All in all I had a great experience with this team. They love BMWs, love to learn and talk about them and enjoy selling them. And I am very very happy with my new M2C!! More
