Great experience from the sales guy (Frederick McGrew) to the delivery of my vehicle. Since I provided most of my preliminary information over the phone, the total amount of time I spent at the dealership w the delivery of my vehicle. Since I provided most of my preliminary information over the phone, the total amount of time I spent at the dealership was approximately one hour which was very important to me. The vehicle was delivered to my residence the next day by a young lady who took the time to not only go over all of the features again but she also programmed some of my preferences for me. I highly recommend Big Star Cadillac!! More
