
Hello, my name is Ken Delk and I am a Senior Client Advisor for BMW of Westlake. I have worked for BMW and the Ganley organization since October 2004. I worked for the Federal Reserve Bank of Cleveland as a Law Enforcement Officer before joining BMW. I served and retired from the United States Marine Corp after 20 years of faithful service. My sales career started as a Marine on Recruiter Duty. I bring the same dedication and commitment to my role as Client Advisor as in my previous professions. Mike in the financial dept answered all of my questions and got me in and out quickly and on my way with my new car! Ian was extremely helpful in explaining all the features of my new car to me and got me all set up. When something wasn't connecting properly and I had to return he was very patient and reset it for me. I am technological challenged so his patience with me did not go unnoticed! More
