EXCELLENT!! It was great!!! From the moment we walked into the door we had the best experience ever! Eric listened very carefully to every single one our needs a It was great!!! From the moment we walked into the door we had the best experience ever! Eric listened very carefully to every single one our needs and exceeded them. He also came up with suggestions of vehicles that we might not have ever looked at. We ended up buying one of the ones he suggested for us versus what we were thinking. He knows his products very well and was able to open up other options for us that we did not know about. I highly suggest you ask for him when you arrive at Summit Place Kia as well as many of his co-workers that I have tagged in this review. They all will go above and beyond to help you. After getting into an accident a few weeks ago I was stuck without a car and desperately needed to find on in order to keep my job. The first place my friend suggested I call was Summit Place Kia in Aub stuck without a car and desperately needed to find on in order to keep my job. The first place my friend suggested I call was Summit Place Kia in Auburn Hills. Byron was the sales consultant who not only assisted with my purchase but miraculously got me into a BRAND NEW 2020 Kia Forte!! Honestly I didn’t have good credit or even much proof of pay this year and he STILL managed to secure this car for me and now I don’t have to worry about my job or transporting my family around. The whole process went so smooth and it was very stress free. I cannot believe I am driving this car compared to what I was driving. Byron is not only very friendly and easy to talk to but he literally went above and BEYOND for me to help me sort my car situation out to best suit my needs. I HIGHLY recommend this location but most definitely Byron himself. He is a terrific sales consultant and I am so thankful for his assistance during this roadblock in my life!!! More

New Car No Problem I came in to Kia suddenly needing replace my vehicle and needing help figuring out after all these years what works be best for me. Brian Burgess had I came in to Kia suddenly needing replace my vehicle and needing help figuring out after all these years what works be best for me. Brian Burgess had made an introduction in the past and wound up assisting me. Brian was friendly and accommodating which helped move the process along. As a salesperson he honestly could listen more or at least as much as he hoped we would listen to him. At times it seemed he was less forthcoming and while seemingly unintentional couldn’t figure out where the hiccup was. Overall it all worked out via communication and we appreciate his patience and assistance in getting into a new Kia! Summit Place Kia Service team has always gone above and beyond for me over the years, especially Marcus Rexford. They have some newcomers now who hopefully follow the old guard’s example. I will continue to take it there as long as they don’t bulk up on gimmicks. More

2020 Vision w/ a Kia Sportage I had been communicating with a sales representative for a few months on and off before I decided to schedule an appointment. The day I was scheduled I had been communicating with a sales representative for a few months on and off before I decided to schedule an appointment. The day I was scheduled to go in she became sick. But she passed my information on to her sales partner. He called to give me the news that she was out sick and that he would be helping me instead. I was a little bummed out because I didn’t “know” him. But I kept my appointment. I’m happy I did. David was really patient and he helped me explore the different avenues that I showed interest in. He kept the vibe fun and light hearted and he did what he could to help me stay near the price range I was looking for. The team at Summit Place was great and it made for a positive experience. When one person wasn’t available another one was. The true definition of team work! A big thank you to Erica for setting the foundation, David for building and putting everything together and Mr. Burgess for being available to answer questions after everything was said and done. Thanks to the guy who changed my plates and offered to wash my car even though it was rainy outside.
