I was receiving emails, texts, and phones calls from the dealership about the Sportage LX. I reviewed the dealer’s website about the leasing offers and the maintenance package was exactly what I was looking dealership about the Sportage LX. So Friday morning I called and spoke to Kermit Graham who was very personable, professional, and forthright. He sent pictures of the car and over the phone we negotiated and agreement on the lease contract. He delivered the car to my sister’s place while it was still daylight out. THIS WAS THE MOST PAINLESS CAR BUYING I HAVE EVER EXPERIENCED. I am Extremely happy with the car! The overall interaction with Hollywood Kia was exceptional!! Kermit was superb in his follow through and I would definitely go back to Hollywood Kia and deal again with Kermit. Awesome, smooth and best car buying experience EVER!!! More

After 2 weeks and tiresome journeys, Yanelli Vargas, a tenacious and lovely Internet Sales Advisor called me and asked what I was interested in & put me in touch with her Internet Sales Manager Jessica Charles. I told Jessica I was looking for a 2020 Sportage EX with Premium Package..& I wanted to finance. She asked what price would make me happy....Jessica made me happy. In fact, I didn't believe her until I actually signed the deal. I made an appointment & was warmly greeted at the door by Jessica and her General Manager Steve Gutstein. They introduced me to my Sales Advisor Kermit Graham...Did I say "OUTSTANDING" Sales Advisor? Kermit was clear & precise about The Sportage and features, and during my demonstration, pointed things out that I would surely have missed. I went back to Jessica and thought for sure that the numbers we discussed would be higher...They were absolutely as promised . Now Hollywood is a 45 min ride from Delray Beach where I live, but service is everything, including the 3 year "Free" service. Because other dealerships closer to where I live did not provide anything close to my experience, I went with Hollywood. The color combo I wanted was more challenging. Silver with light interior... Would you believe my local dealership wanted to charge me to get the car? Hollywood got the car & Kermit drove it to Delray Beach to deliver it along with a comprehensive tutorial . Robert Pena gave me a fab deal on the cosmetic insurance & George from parts calle4d me to let me know the netting I was promised was on its way. To my point, I had a fabulous new car buying experience that included the Entire Village from Hollywood Kia. Let me also say...I LOVE MY CAR. More
