Great experience overall! I really enjoyed my time at your dealership! I really like the layout of the dealership I think it looks really upscale yet comfortable. I liked seein I really enjoyed my time at your dealership! I really like the layout of the dealership I think it looks really upscale yet comfortable. I liked seeing the staff celebrate a birthday, I thought that was really sweet. A women at the desk even asked us if we’d like a piece of cake! Kermit was really great, he definitely knew what he was talking about but he didn’t talk down to us and listened to what I wanted in my Kia. I felt from his personality that I could trust that he actually cared about getting me a good deal for the car that I wanted, and he did! Unfortunately I did feel like the insurance guy we talked to after I had decided to finance the car though Kia was a bit cold and unfriendly. The finance guy we talked to after though was friendly and personable, we had a great conversation full of laughs. Overall I very much enjoyed my time at Hollywood Kia, and the entire process was extremely quick! More

Perfect Carlton and everyone there were amazing. They got me approved within 15 mins and in about an hour and a half I walked out with a new car. They answer Carlton and everyone there were amazing.
