I started here at Smythe Volvo at the age of 18 as a porter. Over the last 30 years I became an Apprentice Mechanic, Mechanic, Sales Consultant, Sales Manager, General Manager, Owner then President/CEO. My favorite aspect of working at Smythe Volvo is the interaction with our customers. It's a pleasure to get to know them personally and to see them happy with our level of service. My favorite Volvo model is the 1965 P1800. It's a sporty and extremely durable vehicle that signifies the heritage of Volvo. It's silhouette can be seen in the Smythe Volvo logo. Outside of work my complete focus is on my wonderful wife and six children.

Jessica, Mark, Ryan, and Regina, went above and beyond to get my car repaired. They keep me in the loop informing me of what had to be done and explaining why it was necessary. Luckily I had an extended war get my car repaired. They keep me in the loop informing me of what had to be done and explaining why it was necessary. Luckily I had an extended warranty and prepaid maintenance covering my car for 10 years of ownership so it was nice to walk away with a $0 repair bill. The Service department at Smythe Volvo is always a pleasure, courteous, polite, and easy to work with. More

Honestly, I have never visited a car dealership, or any retail business for that matter, where I felt more comfortable and more appreciated as a customer than I did today at Smythe Volvo. Tyler our sa retail business for that matter, where I felt more comfortable and more appreciated as a customer than I did today at Smythe Volvo. Tyler our salesman was incredibly patient with my badgering him with questions during the negotiations, even on his day off, and was quite helpful when we picked up the car. Zane was spectacular familiarizing us with the voluminous options on the car. Abood was quick and efficient with finalizing all the paperwork. (Beware, he’s such a charmer that he’ll convince you to buy the extended warranty as he did with us!) Numerous employees stopped by to congratulate us on our purchase, including the owner of the dealership. I wish we lived closer to continue using their services, but we live a four-hour drive away and had found the car we wanted at Smythe through an online search. Obviously I highly recommend them! More
