I started here at Smythe Volvo at the age of 18 as a porter. Over the last 30 years I became an Apprentice Mechanic, Mechanic, Sales Consultant, Sales Manager, General Manager, Owner then President/CEO. My favorite aspect of working at Smythe Volvo is the interaction with our customers. It's a pleasure to get to know them personally and to see them happy with our level of service. My favorite Volvo model is the 1965 P1800. It's a sporty and extremely durable vehicle that signifies the heritage of Volvo. It's silhouette can be seen in the Smythe Volvo logo. Outside of work my complete focus is on my wonderful wife and six children.

New 2018 XC60 Very satisfying. Sales person Bob and manager Kevin both took time and explained the details I needed. Only suggestion: I could not find any where in Very satisfying. Only suggestion: I could not find any where in either manual where they explained how to program the garage door opener. Would have been helpful if I had been told to bring the hand remote with me for help with this. I looked it up on line, but still need help with this. I followed the instructions and it seems programmed, but the door will not open from the mirror buttons. More

2nd Volvo from Smythe in 3 weeks 3 weeks prior, we leased a 2018 xc60 from Bob Cerza at Smythe. A great experience with no sales pressure. Since it went so well, we decided to upgra 3 weeks prior, we leased a 2018 xc60 from Bob Cerza at Smythe. A great experience with no sales pressure. Since it went so well, we decided to upgrade our second car to a 2013 xc60 with 35.5k miles. Again no pressure. A great experience both times. A special thank you to all involved which included Kevin Flanagan, PJ Lee, Bob Cerza, Dennis Jeffers and Doug Macadam- as well as others in pre-owned sales and finance.
