Will never buy a car from this dealer again. They sold us a lemon used car. Inventory of the vehicle I was looking for was greater than other dealers I visited; however, the customer service was well below expectations. I came in and requested a specific feature on a car, however than other dealers I visited; however, the customer service was well below expectations. I came in and requested a specific feature on a car, however, the car I received did not have this feature and I was not told that it did not. Therefore, I had to return the car and take a loss. Repurchased another car and 2 days later received a call that they financed me with the wrong bank and I need to come back to resign documents. I can't make it there until the weekend, but I am being pressured that they are there until 9 pm and I should get there before next month so I don't miss a payment. I am frustrated that they do not take accountability for their errors. More
