Easiest new car transaction EVER! I was referred to Kimberly by a co-worker. I reached out to Kimberly by telephone first since I live about an hour away from the dealership. We talked about what I wanted and she picked the perfect 2020 Black Crosstrek for me. We did most of the paperwork ahead of time via e-mail so that when I showed up for my appointment all that was left to do was to test drive and sign on the dotted line. I will recommend Subaru of Jacksonville and Kimberly to all everybody. I've owned Jeeps for years but I'm definitely a Subaru Girl now! More

They never tried to talk me into doing additional work unless it was to my benefit. My husband was in the market for a car and I suggested he look here. He found a Ford that fit is needs perfectly. I asked Kim Schneid to keep a look out for an older Subaru with low miles for me. And she came up with one the very next day. She was fabulous! The manager dealt with us on price and even on my ancient trade in. They staff is great and I can’t recommend them enough. More

The location and inside of the dealership looks so welcoming and shows many interesting memorabilia from Subaru, connecting the history on what they stand for with their customers throughout the years, including the awards the dealership has won throughout the years. The Sojax team was very professional, from Sean who took the time to chat with us and offer us refreshments and snacks, while our Sales Consultant Kim was preparing our paperwork in which she was able to beat the Costco offer price as she promised before we even set foot at the store. The Sales Manager, Josh, was able to give us a better rate with Subaru Motors Financing at a rate of 1.9% for the term which is way better than what our bank offers which we accepted, as the Finance Manager, Ryan, was able to explain the terms and conditions which we understood quite clearly. We are very grateful for our new car, and will definitely let our family, friends and fellow veterans know about what Subaru of Jacksonville is all about as they have shown and delivered us the reason why they are the award recipient of being the #1 Subaru Dealer of the Year 2020 not just in the state of Florida, but in the entire USA (Hoorah!) Bought an Ascent today from Kimberly Schneid👍 She went out of her way to accommodate our family with snacks AND pricing! This is the second Subaru from this dealership and both buying experiences have bee out of her way to accommodate our family with snacks AND pricing!
