It was Paula Redden’s incredible attention to the customer experience from my first visit that brought me back. She treats all of her customers with the same level of understanding, humor and compassion-as though they were close friends or even family. Admittedly, car shopping has always been somewhat intimidating to me as a result of the negative stigma and connotations associated with car dealerships in general. Knowing her customers as well as she does, Paula connected me with Kris Adams who, in the simplest terms, just gets it. He met my skepticism, over-thinking nature, and self-doubt with humor and patience and I could not be more grateful. As both a salesperson and a human being, Kris is incredibly genuine and the epitome of a gentleman. His approach was perfectly relaxed and I felt absolutely no pressure to make any rash decisions without understanding all of my options. He ensured that I found the exact car that would fit both my need to find a reliable car within my budget, as well as my superficial want to drive something that will, simply put, “make me look cool,” (because this is important). Being that Kris is incredibly knowledgeable as well as trustworthy, he recognized just how much hand-holding I required without being too assertive. There are not many decisions in my life for which I feel confident or don’t second guess, yet somehow purchasing a car-of all things-at Dover Honda is one of them. Even down to the dreaded walk into Finance-where I am always convinced I will be bamboozled into all sorts of unnecessary features-Marsha Heiland truly “sealed the deal” for me-so to speak. She understood my needs and how to best meet my financial goals with plans that were right for me and my new (used) car- while also making me laugh. It takes a special person to make me chuckle and smile while writing out such a hefty check! I cannot imagine that there are many dealerships who have a reputation of making such a scary process so painless-dare I say fun even? I laughed my way through every step and with the most amazing support from the entire team. If there is anything that validates what a consistently exceptional dealership Dover Honda is, it is their high volume of repeat customers. Making a Difference It's always a daunting experience when it comes to buying a vehicle. I met Paula over a year ago when she was selling vehicles. She spent some time wi It's always a daunting experience when it comes to buying a vehicle. I met Paula over a year ago when she was selling vehicles. She spent some time with me and it was a pleasant experience, I did not purchase that day but I remembered her when, recently, I knew it was time to get into a vehicle. I visited Dover Honda's website to get her number and found she was now a manager. This put me back to "daunting" until I talked to her. She said she's sure she'd remember my face since it's been a long time and that she'd be there during the process but will have to set me up with a sales consultant. Not because she'd be too busy to help me but because she wanted to make sure I had someone's attention 100% vs. her getting pulled away. She set me up when I arrived with Kris. I am pretty sure she trained him because he had the same appealing, outgoing personality that Paula has! My experience with at Dover Honda was yet again, fantastic! If you're looking for a vehicle ... call Paula! She'll make sure she connects you with the right fit in regards to both a sales person and vehicle. Grand Ol' Times At Dover Honda Our lease on our 2016 CR-V was coming to an end in September so Paula gave us a call to see if we wanted to come in early and get into a new vehicle. Our lease on our 2016 CR-V was coming to an end in September so Paula gave us a call to see if we wanted to come in early and get into a new vehicle. We came in with the intent of leasing another CR-V. After exploring our options and a comedy filled test drive with Kris we ultimately we decided on an sharp HR-V Sport. Paula and Kris did everything in their power to get us the features we wanted and a payment we were happy with. Marsha did a splendid job of getting us through the paperwork and was a pleasure to deal with. I don't typically write reviews that are all sunshine and lollipops but the team at Dover Honda is a delight. This is our 2nd time working with Dover Honda and we'll most certainly be back for our next lease. More
