Offered lowest amount for trade other dealers were offering around $4500 more. After going back and forth we ended up settling on a number I still wasn’t happy with. Just to later not have that number offering around $4500 more. After going back and forth we ended up settling on a number I still wasn’t happy with. Just to later not have that number we agreed upon be honored and on the contact at the time of delivery. They have a delivery team I’m assuming to get you out of there quicker. But it felt more like being bounced around to a bunch of different people. This resulted in anything I questioned seeming like a big ordeal because they’d have to go find and talk to x, y and z and reprint stuff. Ended up getting the vehicle and leaving. Happy with the new vehicle but working with one person rather than several would have eliminated confusion and issues. More
