No words to describe the impeccable sales process WOW! After getting denied at BMW (and already a BMW owner), we seeked out a vehicle purchase at this dealership. We had a difficult deal to manipulate with being so upside down in our current vehicle. I started with chat with Andy Gallagher and he successfully got us into a sweet deal saving us not only on our monthly payment, but also our insurance went down significantly. He is a very honest and nice man. The financing process was also impeccable. Larry Cash is spectacular!!!! I will never drive another car other than a Mercedes. The closing/signing of paperwork took longer than expected (2 hours), and it was at night so it made it difficult to get a good look at the vehicle. The next day, in the daylight, there was visible dirt and spots in the interior, and some dirty areas on the interior ceiling portion. Asher was great and very supportive of my military service...thank you! More
