Ron Scherr, Angela Hayes and Larry Cash all exceeded my expectation which resulted in not only me purchasing a vehicle but also getting my husband to come in to purchase one. Angela Hayes was the first person I interacted with upon entering the dealership and greeted me with a warm greeting, Ron Scherr was my salesman with the knowledge of Mercedes vehicles in and out, and Larry Cash was the finance person who was able to meet some financial requirements I had in order to help seal the deal. Out of speaking with multiple Mercedes-Benz dealerships in the area not one can compare to the service and dedication the Annapolis Mercedes-Benz provides. I am very happy with the vehicle I purchased, the service I received prior to the purchase, and also the follow up after My purchase ensuring I’m enjoying my new GLC. “Customer service shouldn’t just be a department, it should be the entire company” Tony Hsieh. That quote alone speaks volumes about the atmosphere when you enter the facility. The moment I came in I was greeted from every team member who passed by. I am currently working from home with my children enrolled in virtual school and they even received a warm welcome. Angela Hayes was a complete angel during this process going above and beyond to provide coloring pages, Markers, and books to keep my young ones just as excited and entertained throughout the process.
