Armando Rodriguez impressed us with an inside tour of our Nissan and he taught us all of the fine details and features of our new Rogue. He also led us on a VIP tour of the service center for all of our future business at Gateway Fargo. Alan immediately greeted me and walked me through a few different styles of vehicles to help me figure out which style I would like best and what would fit my needs. He was very patient with me and knowledgeable and helped me pick out the perfect car! I really appreciated the candidness and knowledge that he offered and it made the whole process way easier. Lee also helped get me a deal on the car I wanted that also fit into my budget, even though I don’t have great credit. They also both stayed late (until 9 pm) to help me get everything squared away, which I was not expecting. I didn’t feel rushed at all. Thank you for all your help! More
