Preferred Dealer!?! I have been to several dealerships and have spoken with several salesman and never thought I would consider one a friend. Joseph Campbell is that man I have been to several dealerships and have spoken with several salesman and never thought I would consider one a friend. Joseph Campbell is that man but to call him a salesman and lumping him with the rest (you know the type) would be an insult. My wife and I have now purchased 3 vehicles from Toyota of Louisville with Mr. Campbell being our friend to guide us through the process. We where referred to Mr. Campbell and Toyota of Louisville by a friend and unexpectedly gained another so by all means this is my recommendation to any and all who read this as a friend to go see Joseph Campbell at Toyota of Louisville and you wont be disappointed. Great experience, perfect vehicle I was greeted by Nathan. I told him my situation and what type of vehicle I wanted. He was very helpful. Didn’t hard sale me, or talk my ear off. He asked me some questions and showed me vehicles until we found the perfect one for me. When something wasn’t right, he just showed me another one. I never felt like he was trying to “get me into a car”. Lisa was great too, and was able to get me a better deal on the extended warranty and maintenance plan I wanted. The experience really easy. The entire process only took a few hours. Nathan basically sold me probably my favorite vehicle I’ve ever had. So I recommend this place for anyone who wants a Toyota. More

The negotiation with Richard was as painless as possible. Dean had us signed up and out the door very quickly. This whole team was a pleasure to work with throughout our purchase. We will definitely come back to this dealership for our next vehicle purchase. More
