I just purchased a 2022 Mercedes Benz at Audi dealership in Silver Springs ,MD. Richard Bickers was my sales person. He was very professional/patient and answered all my question. Came into dealership was greeted instantly by an Asian lady. Upon entering Lou greeted me by name with enthusiasm. Lou was very awesome. He told me my 20k service would be 90minutes to 2 hours with a comp lady. Upon entering Lou greeted me by name with enthusiasm. Lou was very awesome. He told me my 20k service would be 90minutes to 2 hours with a complimentary hand wash and vacuum. I was happy when I was out in a little over an hour with vehicle so clean. We talked about cars that we have owned. I’m happy to come here for service now. I have a service person that enjoys the same passion I have. More
