We also recently had some body work done at Klaben’s Body Shop. To improve their operation I would suggest that you ……….do absolutely nothing. I defy anyone to find the area of our Mav that was repaired. You can’t. It looks brand new. Nice work everyone. More

We were deciding between two manufacturers vehicles. We previously leased two trucks through Klaben Ford so we went to visit Rob Simon. He was straight forward with the pricing, our trade-in and the dif We previously leased two trucks through Klaben Ford so we went to visit Rob Simon. He was straight forward with the pricing, our trade-in and the different was to purchase the vehicle. He ran quite a few pricing scenarios for us. Rob called me the next day to check on my test drive at the other manufacturer and to offer assistance if needed. I called Rob multiple times with questions and he answered his phone and had answers. Our experience with the other manufacturer's dealer was, well, much different. The price kept changing, the interest rate started at 9% but came down to 2.9%. We were "strong armed" by the salesman, his manager and the finance manager. I called and emailed two of the three the next day with a question and received no return call for 3 days. We chose to purchase vehicle from Klaben because of the people at the dealership. We were treated as people and not as $$$. More
