For the past 14 months, I have had the pleasure of working with Louis Polos and Michael Ulz as we all patiently waited for my Bronco to be made. They made sure to update me throughout the process and working with Louis Polos and Michael Ulz as we all patiently waited for my Bronco to be made. They made sure to update me throughout the process and took time to help me customize the Bronco with all of the specs I wanted. Other dealerships were padding the MSRP but Klaben stuck to their word and did not which was a huge relief. I worked with Denise in finance and she was great, too! There were no surprises. I could not have asked for a better experience! Thank you thank you thank you! More

Louis Polos is the absolute best salesperson that I have done business with in years. He is reachable at all hours and truly understands the needs of the customer. He helped me secure my dream vehicle, (a 2021 Ford F150 Raptor with the 37 Performance Package) He is an asset to Klaben Ford. Louis was very patient with me and is a man of his word. I just can't say enough good about Louis and Klaben Ford. This is the second new vehicle that I have purchased from Louis. I have so much faith in Louis, that both transactions were completed online. I never laid eyes on either vehicle before receiving delivery. In addition, Jennifer Bowen was very helpful with all finance information. Very friendly and easy to deal with. 'Quite frankly, I have owned and purchased Ford vehicles for over 50 years from several dealers. Klaben Ford is a dealership that you can trust and they will keep their word. Thanks again..... More
