not the worst but service person ask me about getting a spark plug change tune-up and I inquired about the price. A price was given but then backed off on because I have a Porsche boxer engine. i got a message from service person if I needed anything more, and I asked if I could get the price of the spark plug tune up based on a Porsche boxer engine and I was ignored. In addition, I didn't get my alignment scan that occurs when you pull in. I also did not get results of the complimentary 12-point (or more) inspection. I assume this is automatic. More
