Brian Burgess had made an introduction in the past and wound up assisting me. Brian was friendly and accommodating which helped move the process along. As a salesperson he honestly could listen more or at least as much as he hoped we would listen to him. At times it seemed he was less forthcoming and while seemingly unintentional couldn’t figure out where the hiccup was. Overall it all worked out via communication and we appreciate his patience and assistance in getting into a new Kia! Summit Place Kia Service team has always gone above and beyond for me over the years, especially Marcus Rexford. They have some newcomers now who hopefully follow the old guard’s example. I will continue to take it there as long as they don’t bulk up on gimmicks. More
