I will never deal with Currie every again. Three years ago I was leasing to buy. I asked them to figure out how much money I would need to put down to keep my payment where I wanted it when Three years ago I was leasing to buy. Not to mention I’ve been in the dealership 20 times at least since I bought the vehicle for computer issues, tailgate issues, gas cap issues, a lot of issues. They kept telling me that my truck would be fixed and that although my truck was over miles, if it wanted to, they would still buy me out of my lease. I figured for all the disappointing issues I’ve had throughout the process. By time for my lease was up, all that changed. My payment ended up being so high that I had to get an 84 month loan to get it even close to what I was paying (still $60 over). And with an 803 credit score, I somehow didn’t qualify for the top interest rate. I tried to have them buy it back and cover the miles like they had promised several times before. Funny how things change when it’s time. They were going to make me pay for the mileage. I owed less than the value of the truck, but they didn’t care. I got screwed all around. Currie is a shady, untrustworthy dealership that only cares about money. No wonder why when you call, they no longer say “Good people to do business with”. Do not fall into their snake trap. At least the finance guy, after seeing how incredibly upset I was, took 15 minutes to save me $9 a month. No one else was willing to do anything. Because of my experience with Currie, my wife and I will never purchase a Ford vehicle again. More

We went to Currie Ford in Frankfort to look for a vehicle that could accommodate our two large dog carriers . We chose Currie based on the excellent service that we have received for years on the 2014 Escape that could accommodate our two large dog carriers . We chose Currie based on the excellent service that we have received for years on the 2014 Escape S and 2021 Escape Titanium that we purchased there. We were greeted by Andy Hamda, who patiently helped us load the kennels into four different model vehicles, answered our questions, demonstrated relevant features for each model, and made us aware of several available options of each model. He did not rush us to make a sale. We ended up choosing an F150 at a fair price and good financing. Andy then patiently demonstrated several of the features of our new truck and helped us set up our smart phones with the car. He also helped us set up the FordPass app and showed us the many useful features available. Mario went over the accessory and protection options available, and helped us choose the bed liner, paint protection, floor mats, and wheel well protectors for our truck. Simon then went over the financing and extended warranty options with us and helped us choose the right fit. Andy then coordinated the final details for the delivery of our truck. All the sales and service staff were polite, professional, and helpful. We were sold on Currie Ford for the last 8 years and they just renewed our loyalty with this recent transaction. We highly recommend them. More

I didn't buy a used car today but the experiance I had with Keisha and Mark was incredible. The communication was thorough and they answered all of my questions.
