Car needed new shocks and struts and wheel alignment. I was given loaner car because car needed to be kept overnight for work to be finished next day. I was notified when car was ready and picked car up I was given loaner car because car needed to be kept overnight for work to be finished next day. I was notified when car was ready and picked car up that afternoon. All went very well with everyone involved doing an excellent job to see that repairs were complete and I had my car back as quickly as possible. Thanks to everyone at Smythe! More

Our car broke down while in NJ and Smythe was able to assist with trying to get us back on the road safely and quickly. When our car was determined to be total, they lended a hand in helping us find a ne assist with trying to get us back on the road safely and quickly. When our car was determined to be total, they lended a hand in helping us find a new vehicle for a fair price. They were never pushy even though we were in a dire situation.
