His coverage of extended warranty was very well explained and he convinced us that extended warranty service was the best way to go. Mason is a very polite, intellengent smart person whom we enjoyed very much. Not sure how you were able to connect with him after all the previous car dealerships he worked at but sure glad you did. He adds much to your dealership. More

Ali's attention to my wants/needs made this experience stress free and enjoyable. When time and schedules are as hectic as mine finding a dealership with employees that are as professional and honest as Handy has not been something I have encountered in the past. No high presure sales tactics, no waiting around for hours just listening to my wants, explaining the options and allowing me to pick my vehicle then assisting me in the purchase ...... Perfect!! I highly recommend Handy to anyone who is looking for a fair, honest and reasonable price vechilcle. I will be back, and just an FYI... Handy is over 100 miles from my home and I drove by numerous other Toyota dealers to get to Handy, I will be back! More

Happy with my car but a few surprises. I purchased a 2015 Corolla from Handy Toyota a little over a month ago and am loving my car. I was very happy Handy was able to help me find a financ I purchased a 2015 Corolla from Handy Toyota a little over a month ago and am loving my car. I was very happy Handy was able to help me find a financing option that worked for me as I still owed money on a car that was not worth fixing. Nick was very easy to talk to, friendly, and answered all questions that we had. Mason was also easy to work with but I did feel surprised at how my monthly payment potentially kept increasing as we discussed gap coverage and the warrantee options. I wish that I had been aware this was a factor that would increase my payment before I agreed to the financing terms. He was patient with me and it worked out in the end. Today, I went for my first service appointment and thanks to Handy Care got my oil changed and tires rotated for free! This was great. However, at my service appointment today (can't remember the name of the staff member I worked with) I was informed that there is a recall on my Corolla and that it needs to go in for a separate transmission reprogramming appointment. I was very surprised I had not known about this recall when I was purchasing the car. It seems like something that would either be corrected before sold to another owner, or made clear to me as a buyer that it does need this service as soon as possible. Overall I would recommend Handy because the staff that I worked with were friendly and patient, and willing to help me secure financing. As a buyer, I will be sure to do more research next time and ensure that there are not any safety concerns or recalls on a vehicle before I make a purchase. More
