I had new tires put on my car at a different location and they kept my locking lug nut key. I went to mike murphy to have it taken off and they told me it would cost me $350 to have them cut off???? I said n they kept my locking lug nut key. I went to mike murphy to have it taken off and they told me it would cost me $350 to have them cut off???? I said no way. I went to a different dealership and the guy at the service desk pulls out a box of lug nut keys and changes mine out within 10 minutes. This pretty much sealed the deal that I will never do business with Mike murphy again and I definately will not recommend anybody to them. Awful customer service in my opinion. More

I was pleasantly surprised and impressed with my last repair in their service department. I had a shift cable fail on my car leaving me stuck in park , had to have it towed in and they made the repair an repair in their service department. I had a shift cable fail on my car leaving me stuck in park , had to have it towed in and they made the repair and had the car going to next day. This was ahead of schedule and I really appreciated the fact that they were able to get the car back on the road quickly. More

Overall, the service was great. It was a bit frustrating having to call or text all the time to get a status for parts, schedules and service. There wasn't enough pro-active work happening on the service advisor side that I could see. More
