I've been with Mercedes-Benz since my dad bought his 300D in 1980. That car made such an impression on me as a six year old boy, I gravitated towards the car business after graduating from UMass/Lowell in '96. Besides Andover, Smith Mercedes has been my home practically since then. I look forward to getting to know you and showing you the best vehicles in the world.

At first everything was great this dealer came to my home to pick me up to get this car, then I was told after all the paper work was done there is only one key, we'll ok not happy but then a dY later I chec to pick me up to get this car, then I was told after all the paper work was done there is only one key, we'll ok not happy but then a dY later I check the GPS unit had not been updates as we had agreed to call them and they said sorry there's no money left in the vehicle? You can bring it back if you want to. Really??? I had the car all weekend cleaned it up because they did not do that either so be sure everything you agreed to is done BEFORE you drive off the lot otherwise you get screwed, the sales man was great and not his fault More
