Hello! My name is Matt Carlson and I'm here to provide you with the best experience you've ever had. I have built great relationships with my guests over the years; putting the needs of every Guest first, and going that extra mile time and time again. As a Parts and Service Director for the dealership, I am always available for my team. I work hard to build a winning team that can help our dealership succeed. I have been a part of the auto industry for 28 years and joined Rallye BMW in 2006. In 2015, I won the Customer First Service award, two times. In my spare time, I enjoy traveling, fishing, boating, soccer, and being with my family. So far, I have been to many countries around the word and 20 US states. Working with organizations that conduct cancer research is something I have done over the years. Soccer, hockey, and swimming are some of my favorite hobbies. I am a big fan of the automotive industry, and can't wait to provide you with an exceptional service experience!

I brought my car in for brake service in mid January, at 10.30am, I was waiting for the service. At 11.20, I was told there was no internet, and there would be a delay. At noon, there was no update. Instead of giving people 3 choices (continue to wait, get a loaner, or take the car and reschedule), the head of service (Chris Blanco) could only shrug his shoulders. Another service guy, Adam Romano, was giving a line of BS to an older woman. His attitude was a disgrace to the dealership, and we had words. He should have been fired, on the spot. the head of service (Chris Blanco) had nothing to say. I tried to get in touch with the GM, Matt Carlson, but he was on a zoom call, with no time to speak with customers, or get involved in the problem. VERY POOR SERVICE. Customer service needs to be taught. I will now use BMW of Bayside. More
