My relative purchased a vehicle from Sport Mazda one year ago. The dealership reached out about trading her vehicle for a new one, at her same payment plan . I was assuming they would find her a better vehicle, or at least one with a few more features as she is a repeat customer. Silly me. Don't have your older relatives shop at this dealership alone. I suggested other vehicles to her, but the salesperson told her she wouldn't like them, and she believed him, as she had dealt with him before and trusted him. He didn't even have her drive anything different, as the plan was obviously to keep her in the same vehicle. The dealership of course would make more commission if she didn't get an upgrade of any type. I tried to reach out to Mike, the head of sales, and he promptly blew me off. Last year, I would have recommended this dealership, this year, I will not. More
