Great experience with trade-in, purchase, and financing SALES I purchased a Certified Pre-Owned Lincoln from Klaben, and it was one of the best car buying experiences I've had. I was looking financing SALES I purchased a Certified Pre-Owned Lincoln from Klaben, and it was one of the best car buying experiences I've had. I was looking to trade my commuter car for something nicer. I knew what I wanted, but I wasn't in a hurry. I worked with John Repula on the purchase, and I can't praise him enough. Because of my personal schedule, our interactions took about a week from start to finish, mostly by email. John was patient, courteous, and professional the entire time, and he worked with me to sell the car on terms that were more than fair. FINANCING I elected to use dealer financing on this purchase. Once John and I took a test drive and I agreed to make the purchase, I was ready to stand my ground in the finance office. If you've bought a car from a dealership before, you know how quickly things can start adding up there. In this case, that wasn't a problem at all. Natalie walked me through the details of each optional piece of coverage, and there was no pressure from her to spend more than I needed. She provided quotes for various options, and she lent her opinions when I asked for them. They even handled all the paperwork and registration for the out-of-state purchase. The entire process was low stress, and she took the time to answer all of my questions until I felt comfortable. CONCLUSION I ended up driving in from Maryland to make the purchase, and I have no regrets. I plan to keep this car for several years, but I will be looking at Klaben of Warren first and talking to John when I'm ready to make another purchase. I've already recommended them to family and friends who live in Ohio. More
