I took my keys in after making a call to the service dept and they suggested this could be my problem. But it wasn’t...After multiple calls to AAA (three hours later) to tow my car to Klaben and knowing Klaben closes early on Saturday Mike made sure even though my car did not make it to klaben until 2:00 that it was checked out and a new battery installed... thanks Mike for being dedicated to your customers... not everyone would had done what you did to get my car back in a short time frame and on a Saturday!!! I really appreciate your service. More

Great service as always with Klaben. C.J. Wright was my sales person and I could not have asked for better. Christine Klaben finished up my deal in a very short amount of time which I also very much appreciated. It's hard to believe that she can keep all of the paperwork so straight and get through it all so quickly and accurately. Again, I thank Richard Klaben and Terry Colbert for the great deal they gave me and for being men of such great integrity. More
