In fact, it was specifically her contributions to our first experience that brought us back for our second. Tony pitched in (without applying undue pressure) to help us achieve trade-in numbers that we felt were fair, and Heather made the paperwork at the end of the process more pleasant and efficient than any in our decades-long experience of buying cars from various dealers.
