Salesman was fine , when the vehicle was inspected when traded in they had to replace both front axle before putting it on the used lot. Well we bought it and after driving it for two days it was making no traded in they had to replace both front axle before putting it on the used lot. Well we bought it and after driving it for two days it was making noise so we had to drive it 40 miles back there and wait 2 hrs for service to fix it. Come to find out when they changed the axles the bolt was not torqued down correctly and came loose. No offer of composation for a total of 4 hrs of my time. More

Was able to test drive the vehicle on the nearby test track; where I got a good feel with the vehicle I ended up purchasing. Not once I felt like time was being wasted, each step was shown as necessary to get me on my way in my newly purchased vehicle. I have never had a dealer experience like this. Not a single person was sleazy in the least-not the salesperson, his manager, or the finance person. Everyone was upfront, honest and transparent-I had thought that I decided on a truck, but then Mike told me that he did not want to sell it until I took a good look and dove into the features. Honestly, it kinda felt like an upsell at the time, but there was no pressure, so I went with his presentation. In the end, I HAPPILY bought a higher end model-and Sandra the sales manager was able to work a little with us as it was more than was budgeted.
