The Best Service Every Visit !😊 Klaben Ford is 24 miles from me. I have other (unnamed) Ford dealers closer to me, but I choose Klaben for 2 reasons. First, the service history of my Klaben Ford is 24 miles from me. I have other (unnamed) Ford dealers closer to me, but I choose Klaben for 2 reasons. First, the service history of my pre-owned vehicle is with Klaben. Second, at every service visit since I've owned the vehicle I have been very pleased with the service. Fixed in a jiffy I had been notified about a couple of recalls on F-250. Called Mike Brandvold he already new about everything got me in fixed a couple things and orde I had been notified about a couple of recalls on F-250. Called Mike Brandvold he already new about everything got me in fixed a couple things and ordered parts for one more. A week later parts came in he called me up got right in. Actually I couldn’t believe how fast he got me in. He handed over to Eric one of the best up there. Fixed it up right away. I can’t say enough about Klaben Ford they are the best around. While was picking up Sean Bradford came to make sure everything was good and to say hi it’s a great family atmosphere. More

Had a terrible experience once again. Probably will find another place to go. Takes forever to get a call back. And no one knows seems to know what is going on with your car. Since no call back after two me another place to go. Takes forever to get a call back. And no one knows seems to know what is going on with your car. Since no call back after two messages i call and talk to someone else and they give a whole other story of what is going on with your car. Same nonsense as the body shop. I told my wife recently to start looking for a new car and guess where we are not buying it from. Tired of the B.S. More
