Don’t know everybody’s full names but Mike scheduled a service appointment and arranged that our car world be picked up, serviced and returned. We would receive a loaner during that time. Our battery service appointment and arranged that our car world be picked up, serviced and returned. We would receive a loaner during that time. Our battery died and we called 3 days early. Gavin told us to come right in. This was extremely important as our car was sitting in the garage, running and couldn’t be turned off. Gavin met us when we arrived and was absolutely GREAT. He got everything organized and we left in the loaner car. Joe French kept us posted on the progress of the service and was available for any questions. Although Service closes at 5pm, he arranged for someone to stay a little later to wait for us. Kim Woltram waited for us. She was WONDERFUL. she had everything ready for us, went over the bill section by section, processed our payment, took in the rental, gave us our keys and we were on our way. Klaben was great and you should be proud of every single employee . More

Been going to Klaben for over 30+ years because they never pressured me to buy a vehicle now. Just wish Kenny & Dave were still there and didn't retire! Dealt with Rich Klaben a few times and he actuall never pressured me to buy a vehicle now. Just wish Kenny & Dave were still there and didn't retire! Dealt with Rich Klaben a few times and he actually talked me out of buying a car at the time and come back in a year, which I did. Definitely worth the drive there. I worked with Mike in service, and he has also helped me out and was very thorough in his explanations. More
