While waiting on my repairs I spoke with Don Roberts about the 1997 Rave 4 sport that I had been looking at for almost a year. Purchasing it just seemed out of reach for me. Mr. Roberts explained in detail the lease program. He then took the time to see what my payment would be per month if I chose to go that way. Working with him I managed to get the car I had been looking at for almost a year. My experience with my car repair and the purchase (lease) was one of the best I have ever had. More

Worked Hard to Make My Purchase Possible I had not wanted to be buying a car this year; but when I had to do it I was told to use Toyota of Cleveland. That advise was worth its weight in gold I had not wanted to be buying a car this year; but when I had to do it I was told to use Toyota of Cleveland. That advise was worth its weight in gold. I was allowed the space to consider my decision on my own terms. I was given great advice and counsel on how to get the most value out of my purchase and not pressured to buy a worse car, or fed a bad deal up front to see if I would take something out of my budget out of desperation or a need to get something done quick. They took the time to get my deal done the right way and in my budget. I also felt that they genuinely cared about taking care of me as a customer. That was greatly appreciated and I have told everyone about my experience. As long as I remain in East Tennesee I will see Toyota of Clevland as my dealer. More
