Great buying experience! Salesman was very knowledgeable - actually had an online video of the unit that we ultimately purchased. Finance officer explained purchasing process and finance options in great de - actually had an online video of the unit that we ultimately purchased. Finance officer explained purchasing process and finance options in great detail. PDI was conducted by a fellow camper. Parts attendant assisted with accessories. Management ensured we were taken care of and no questions left unanswered. All in a relaxed - no pressure atmosphere. Dodd RV ensured that we left with a quality travel trailer and peace of mind knowing that we can rely on them for all of our service needs. More

Poor Customer Service The day after I picked up my RV I called salesman Greg Guin three (3) times to ask a few questions. Each time I got his voice mail. Seems one they have made a sale and have your money that's it, they don't want to be bothered. Very poor customer service...……..never again Dodd RV. More

Our dream RV When we walked into Dodd RV we felt at home. We were greeted by the smell of cookies and a very nice lady inquiring as to what we wanted. Scott Hudgin When we walked into Dodd RV we felt at home. We were greeted by the smell of cookies and a very nice lady inquiring as to what we wanted. Scott Hudgins answered all our questions patiently and showed us several RVs before we found the one we wanted. The process of buying the RV was so easy! We went back to Arnold Smith's office and he had all the paperwork completed and ready for our signatures. Ricky spent three hours with us showing us how everything worked in the RV--I couldn't believe how knowledgeable he was and how patiently he answered both of our questions. This being our first RV, everything was a bit overwhelming. Scott is still in touch with us and constantly answers our many questions. I would HIGHLY recommend Dodd RV !!! More
