Very easy! Looked online for a used car in my budget and I filled out the online trade in and got Brent as my sales person randomly I got an email with my trade in info and it was what I expected. The next I filled out the online trade in and got Brent as my sales person randomly I got an email with my trade in info and it was what I expected. The next day got to the lot called Brent and he met us and let me take the car for a test drive ... he said take your time. I liked it he made a deal and had it all laid out on paper I agreed and purchased. Very easy transaction and simple even during COVID-19.... very clean, very good social awareness... even plexiglass glass up in the financial office with Todd. Well done Brent and team... even met Mike Murphy who thanked us for coming in and buying a car! More

I was apprehensive about purchasing a vehicle online. These guys put me at ease. They do hundreds of internet sales every year and really know the process. Having traveled in from out of stat, they continued to make the process as easy as possible. Their customer service was above and beyond. The vehicle was detailed fueled and ready with my home address already programmed into the navigation. And because my flight was severely delayed, they stayed after closing to complete the transaction and make sure everything was to my liking. Kevin went point by point around the truck to show me every detail and special feature. Top notch salesman. Customer service isn't just just a buzzword with this dealership, its in their character. I would highly recommend business with this dealership. Great selection of vehicles great team of sales staff. More
