Film flam I made a deal on a vehicle on Wednesday and gave a deposit on a Ford certified vehicle (warranty of up to 100,000 miles). On Friday they called and t I made a deal on a vehicle on Wednesday and gave a deposit on a Ford certified vehicle (warranty of up to 100,000 miles). On Friday they called and tell me that they made a mistake and the vehicle could not remain certified because it will be for a Livery business. I offered an opportunity to fix their mistake. They wanted me to pay extra for the extended warranty. Mr Sipla was the third person I spoke to regarding their error. He was very curt and rude on the telephone from the very start of our conversation. I know they had someone offer more for the vehicle than we had agreed to he probably wanted to make the maximum amount of profit on the vehicle as possible , in spite of our signed agreement. He eventually cancelled the deal because I would not. His lack of customer service was overshadowed by his focus on his profit margin. I will never buy from nor recommend this company again. More

Need a car go to Carman and speak to Chris Brousseau I have never found a dealership I wanted to revisit, let alone a sales consultant. When I was looking for a car for my step-daughter the first place I have never found a dealership I wanted to revisit, let alone a sales consultant. When I was looking for a car for my step-daughter the first place I went was Carman Ford and asked for Chris Brousseau. He was so wonderful when I purchased my car that I wanted to return and have him help her find one. And anyone who has a teenager understands how difficult it is to look at cars with them for they are more interested in the auxiliary port for there phone than the practicality of the car. Chris not only listened to her in what she wanted but also what we were looking for including price. We ended up leaving with all of us being happy, how often does that happen that the parents and the teenager both leave happy and in agreement. And not only is Chris a great guy but Mike Sipala is the best as well, they will work with you and do everything within their power to get you the best deal they can on your sale and trade. Again Chris and Carman are my first stop when looking for a vehicle. More
