I started with Klaben in 1992 as a receptionist and file person. I was thankful to get the opportunity to change positions and become a service advisor a year later. In the last 28 years I have been blessed by meeting and helping so many faithful Klaben customers, many of whom have become friends. I’m Masters Certified as a Ford Lincoln service advisor. He has also introduced us to Nate who we will be dealing with I'm the future and has been very thorough with everything setting is up so we were all prepared when we picked up our vehicles. Many thanks to Rich Klaben for making us an offer we couldn't refuse and to his daughter who took care of all the paperwork, she was very pleasant. Very helpful and thorough service The people I worked with regarding maintenance has been a huge help to me! They thouroughly inspected my car and gave me a few warnings in advance reg The people I worked with regarding maintenance has been a huge help to me! They thouroughly inspected my car and gave me a few warnings in advance regarding critters eating the wiring to my engine. Without them I wouldn't have known about that and would've definitely paid a huge price because of that. Not to mention they gave me a handful of solutions to remedy the situation and avoid it in the future. Not only that but they were quick yet effective regarding my oil change and tire rotations. I hardly even had to wait a long period of time for the whole thing to finish. Thanks again and you will definitely see me in the near future again! More
