I started with Klaben in 1992 as a receptionist and file person. I was thankful to get the opportunity to change positions and become a service advisor a year later. In the last 28 years I have been blessed by meeting and helping so many faithful Klaben customers, many of whom have become friends. I’m Masters Certified as a Ford Lincoln service advisor. Amazing professionalism! I have been dealing with Klaben Ford and Terry Baughman for over 20 years, and I never had a bad experience. I met with Terry by chance the first tim I have been dealing with Klaben Ford and Terry Baughman for over 20 years, and I never had a bad experience. I met with Terry by chance the first time that I went to Klaben but will now go to no one else. He works so hard to make sure that I get the best deal and the best service even after I purchase the car. I know I can count on him to deal with any concern that I may encounter. Terry is an honest, genuine professional. I love that he is a no pressure salesperson who just wants to make each customer comfortable and happy with their purchase. If you have had a bad experience with a car dealership or a salesperson, you can be assured that Klaben and ,especially, Terry Baughman will do whatever they can to remedy your feelings about car buying or leasing.
