It took 4. 5 hours to change one tire after I scheduled the appointment for 8:15 am , if I knew ahead of time the service was that slow , I would have planned to 5 hours to change one tire after I scheduled the appointment for 8:15 am , if I knew ahead of time the service was that slow , I would have planned to drop off the vehicle . When I asked the person that was assisting me , how long it was going to take , he said 2 hrs tops , by being there for 4.5 hrs I lost $520 dollars of pay and at the end of the service they put the spare in the back of the bed , instead of mounting it under the vehicle ( from start to finish , that took me five minutes including taking the tool kit out , from under the passenger seat ) 🤷‍♂️ fast and reliable, I don’t think so ! More
