Nice people Pam was great to deal with no problem with her. Didn't care for the finance guy he didn't like that I was pre qualified and his attitude changed when he found out. Ganley Ford had my car for 16 months before they got around to fixing it. It was under warranty so it was not a priority. They tried to get me to trade in or sell my car to them rather than fix it. They offered me a $1k credit for a car that worked perfectly until a warranty issue causing the transmission chip to fail. They are not helpful. Their customer service is miserable. Their sales department is a joke. More

After three trips one to ganley Chevy on brookpark and two to ganley Ford West not only were they not able to fix what was wrong with my vehicle under the warranty they sold me but their customer service two to ganley Ford West not only were they not able to fix what was wrong with my vehicle under the warranty they sold me but their customer service was terrible and the keys I paid for don't even work for my vehicle I would not recommend either dealership to anyone anytime More
