I took my car to get an oil change and everyone was really friendly &attentive. They told me it'd be ready in 2 hours. They called me 3 hours later. I didn't mind because they looked busy that day. But I guess they were so busy that they rushed through my oil change and it was leaking when I got home. So I guess they didn't tighten it enough and all there work and my money went to waste. Before I left, a guy named Alex said my car was leaking transmission fluid, that my shock absorbers needed fixing and that my timing panel was cracked and I need that changed ASAP. Along with a bunch of other stuff. they said the total for reparations would be around $4200. They recommended it'd be better to just get a new car if I don't plan on keeping my Honda for long. So they sent me over to a sales representative Narbeh who absolutely had no idea what he was talking. His prices for trading in my current car didn't make sense (he said $500) & he said he'd actually be losing money for taking my car. I told him my budget and that I'd be interested in a used car and he tried (but failed) to convince to lease a brand new car that was over $20,000 which was wayy over my budget. I get home and my dad (who's a mechanic) says they didn't even take apart the part where you would be able to see that my timing belt was cracked. It was untouched! So how did they know it needed to be repaired. He checked my transmission fluid and said they didn't even add any fluid because it was low. So they didn't do that either AND IT WASNT EVEN LEAKING. They told me my car was basically falling apart and I needed to get it fixed ASAP and were charging me $4200 to services my car didn't even need. They lied about my time panel being cracked (my dad checked it, it was FINE!!), they lied about my transmission fluid leaking and they gave me a ridiculously high price to fix it. I won't be coming back to that Honda dealer. They just want my money and will lie and do what ever it takes to get it. I am really disappointed. More
