I originally went in for an oil change on my 2024 Honda HR-V Sport AWD in Milano Red — a car I lovingly kept in pristine, like-new condition, with only 3,000 miles after 17 months. It was always hand-washed and detailed by me, accessorized inside and out, and parked safely in my driveway. To my delight, Chong Lee provided a great quote that included added accessories and a fair trade-in difference. The transition was seamless, thanks to the wonderful Kay Mercado, who handled everything with warmth and professionalism. Kay is smart, efficient, and ensured I left the same day with my new 2025 HR-V Sport AWD — same bold Milano Red, same features, and the same exterior accessories ordered. A special thanks to the gentleman in the service waiting area named Darren Lenino who kindly asked if anyone needed anything. I inquired about my car, and he immediately connected me with a sales consultant. Without his help, none of this would’ve been possible — his thoughtful assistance set everything in motion.
