If you want to be treated like family and get excellent service, buy at Murray CDJR. We tried four other dealerships and they were number one. Long Story Short - I ordered a 2022 RAM 3500. The ordering process was extremely easy. Upon delivery, Savannah did a great job explaining the technology and many featured of my new truck. Then, The ordering process was extremely easy. Upon delivery, Savannah did a great job explaining the technology and many featured of my new truck. Then, I can't say enough about JD Taylor. He went out of his way to help me out in a tough situation. Finding out that the keys had been stolen from the train car in Mexico, severely delaying delivery, he was able to get me into a loaner vehicle with 5th wheel hookup so I could complete my military transfer from Jacksonville to Pensacola. With a lot of unknowns as to what was happening, he worked his tale off trying to get answers from the port and finally got my truck rekeyed and delivered.
