The was by far the best experience we have ever had at a car dealership. Nina was quick to respond when we first inquired about the car. She answered every question in detail, was very professional and kind car dealership. Nina was quick to respond when we first inquired about the car. We drove 5 hours to come purchase the vehicle and the moment we walked in the door we were greeted by Nina and everyone from the sales managers, to the finance manger. I will definitely purchase another vehicle from Nina and Mercedes Benz of the Woodlands and will refer all our our friends. They are the best! More

Mercedes-Benz of the Woodlands is absolutely the Best Car Dealership I have ever had the pleasure to deal with. At age 72, I have purchased many cars over the years. Last April when I decided to trade in my Dealership I have ever had the pleasure to deal with. At age 72, I have purchased many cars over the years. Last April when I decided to trade in my Pathfinder (my 5th one) and upgrade to a new, more upscale vehicle, I visited several dealerships...BMW, Audi, Lexus, Acura & Volvo. When I visited MBOTW, I was so impressed no only by their excellent vehicles, but their staff was so easy to deal with. No "High Pressure" sales pitches because they simply sell one of the finest brand of vehicles. They had the exact model I was interested in and the cash sale went very smoothly. I just took my GLE350 in for it's first Annual Service and that, too, went perfectly. They said how long service would take and they were spot on. Their service waiting area is quite comfortable and they offer an array of refreshments for while you wait. More
