Today my fiance and I went to Beaver Toyota St Augustine to look at a couple of used vehicles. Title: Loyal Multi-Vehicle Buyer Permanently Banned from Service Without Specific Explanation My family purchased approximately 11 vehicles from Beaver Toyota of St. Augustine over the course of several ye Service Without Specific Explanation My family purchased approximately 11 vehicles from Beaver Toyota of St. Augustine over the course of several years and faithfully used their service department for all maintenance and repairs (including on non-Toyota vehicles we owned). On August 25, 2025, the General Manager, Nick Reuther, sent an email permanently banning my wife and me from the dealership for both sales and service, citing only a “repeated pattern of contentious behavior.” A follow-up letter dated October 8, 2025, reaffirmed that the ban is permanent and explicitly includes my wife, who has never written a review or lodged a formal complaint. We were never provided with any specific incidents, dates, examples, or documentation to support the decision—just the general statement above. As a direct result: • All remaining Toyota factory warranties, Fidelity extended-service contracts, and prepaid maintenance plans can no longer be serviced at Beaver Toyota and must be transferred to another authorized Toyota dealership. Other experiences during our time as customers included: • Multiple cases of incorrect or overlooked items on multi-point inspections (example: a used vehicle delivered with 2009-date tires on the front axle) • An undercarriage that appeared freshly painted on a certified pre-owned vehicle, concealing prior condition • Extended wait times and communication delays in the service department • A 30-day exchange policy that requires the customer to repay taxes, a $999 doc fee, and any price difference After years of loyalty and significant business, our relationship with Beaver Toyota ended abruptly and permanently without ever being shown specific justification. Important note for other Toyota owners in the area: Any authorized Toyota dealer (Keith Pierson, Arlington Toyota, Coggin Toyota, Butler Toyota, etc.) can fully service your factory warranties, ToyotaCare, and Fidelity contracts. Transferring your remaining coverage is simple and ensures your chosen dealership earns the service revenue. Best dealership I ever been at, great customer service, Ned went above and beyond to meet our expectations, we have a family member who works at Arlington Toyota but after we spent 10 minutes there with Ne Ned went above and beyond to meet our expectations, we have a family member who works at Arlington Toyota but after we spent 10 minutes there with Ned we decided to cancel the appointment and stay with Ned and make the deal. Luan was amazing and easy to deal with and created the great deal. Great leadership manager Kyle done an excellent job meeting our needs with the vehicle color and Trim, Finance manger Seth was very nice and helpful. So happy and satisfied with my new 2026 Tundra . I’m telling all my friends and family to come over here and get WOWED!!! More

Ned was the most incredible staff I have ever encountered in a dealership. His excitement and happiness for me was so transparent and genuine & I felt safe in an environment that often feels pushy, as a woma in a dealership. We purchased a vehicle March 1st and have yet been able to register our vehicle because they do not actually have the title for the vehicle they sold us. We have been given the run around since around 25 d to register our vehicle because they do not actually have the title for the vehicle they sold us. We have been given the run around since around 25 days after we purchased. I am on my third temporary tag. We have been told there was a problem with the title, it’s been lost, it’s in the mail, etc. By law this should have been handled within 30 days. It was likely a slip up to have been told they were already having trouble getting the title before they sold the vehicle to us. Today we were told best case we may have the title by the end of the month. This is my 14th vehicle purchase and by far the worst experience I have ever had. If a title can not be produced we should be fully refunded especially when they have said they were having problems from the beginning obtaining the title from the auction house. I will never give any more business to a Beaver dealership if this is how little they think if their customers to constantly give them the run around. More

Thank you Gary for your professionalism, expertise, and hard work at finding a vehicle and good deal for us. We started with trying to get into a Highlander hybrid, couldn’t get that to work, moved to an R hard work at finding a vehicle and good deal for us. We started with trying to get into a Highlander hybrid, couldn’t get that to work, moved to an RAV4 hybrid, could not get that to work either,and were finally able to work a deal on a Sienna hybrid.
