Once my vehicle was in, it was a fairly quick experience but getting my vehicle into service and attempting to get through to their service dept was not a positive experience, it was actually quite frustrat but getting my vehicle into service and attempting to get through to their service dept was not a positive experience, it was actually quite frustrating. No one answers phones, no call backs and even showing up to service dept does no good. Not a good customer service experience on that front. More

I give 2 stars just because it took them 2 1/2f hours to do the oil change. And there was only one truck ahead of me. I was advise that it was going to take one hour.. Ps.
