I needed a new tire for my Honda Ridgeline to replace a punctured tire that couldn't be repaired, but I didn't want to replace the whole set as the remaining tires had a lot of tread left. The problem was, the matching replacement tire had been discontinued by the manufacturer. Something "close" was easily available, but on his own accord, Nolan Bivens went above and beyond by calling all around the area to find the exact match from an Omaha vendor. Great price, too. This is the second time Nolan has helped us with tires and/or other parts (we also have a Honda Pilot), and the service was exceptional both times. I could have tried to find the tires, parts, etc. cheaper elsewhere, but I trust Nolan's service. Thanks, Honda of Lincoln! More
